This machine come with exercise straps for your upper body and is a great spiral motion machine both for the home or for commercial use. The platform is made of steel and at the higher speeds the tower does not shake or rattle like some smaller machines so you can read the display easily and gives the machine a sturdy feel. This machine sits on 3 suction cup like legs along with 3 other rubber padded feet which can be adjusted to fit the floor and sit stable so it does not walk across the floor on high speeds. The machine weighs 135 lbs which is good for stability but if you need to move it you can tilt it back and 2 wheels will engage so you can push or pull it around easily much like you would a vacuum cleaner. VibaCore 3000
One of the Original Vibration machines here in the US and one of the best known names in the industry is the Power Plate. They were true pioneers and in the industry and really paved the way for this type of technology and all of its benefits. The technology was originally linear and then was upgraded to tri-planar motion. This is the same technology that has been incorporated into the VibaCore 3000 model. Though it is considered a commercial model weighing in at 200 lbs we have sold a lot of units to the home user. This machine like most of the commercial models I always warn people this is best to use on the lower floor of a home. I did set one up one time at a doctors office on the second floor in a building and they had very thin wooden floors. We tested it out at the highest setting and I could hear them down stairs saying hey what's going on up there!! Hehe it was pretty funny. The unit comes with a matt and we needed to buy a second matt from a nearby sporting good store but with the 2 matts they were able to use it quietly but again when your dealing with commercial machines that move in an up and down motion be prepared to muffle the motion if going on a second floor unless the floors are concrete. Besides that this is an awesome unit. At a fraction of the cost of other tri planers with the same specs this unit is great for all tri planer know benefits which usually lean more towards working out muscle building bone density and circulation. The unit has a weight capacity of well over 400 lbs so if you wanted to use this unit along with weights it can handle it with no problem. It comes with resistant straps for you upper body and has a 7 inch screen which has workout programs built into it to take the guess work out of what to do with the unit. It also has a 5 year warranty. No wheels on this model so you will need someone to help you set it up. This model is best if you have a space you plan to keep it at and don't really plan on moving it around too much.
VibaCore 5000
The is the flagship model from viba core and priced right for what it does. This tri planer weighs a whopping 300 pounds so again find a place for it and for the most part keep it there. The platform on this is quite large at 39 inches wide which makes it great for yoga positions push ups dips and really any exercises you would want to do on the platform. This unit like the 3000 also has a 7 inch lcd monitor to walk you thru the exercises but it is more adavnced. It allows you to enter in you personnel data weight and height and helps you to monitor your progress. Also the exercise programs on this differ. On the 3000 you pick out exercises and set up a workout for yourself you want to do while on the 5000 a picture of the human body shows up and asks you to touch the body part you want to work on. After you do this it tells you to get ready and an animated instructor shows up on the screen and walks you thru your workout. It's pretty cool. This comes with the resistant straps for your upper body and has a full 5 year warranty. Again this is considered a commercial unit and is great for whole body workouts weight loss bone density and over all blood circulation in the body.
