The platform is 24 inch by 24 inch, all the way till a huge 24 inch by 72 inch. The weight capacity is about 1200 lbs!!! So if you want to train using this it is ideal. Unlike other platforms where the amplitude goes up to 10 mm this one is subtle at around 2 mm. This gives you a htz range of 10 to 60 htz.
