One of the biggest problems with portable machines is in order to make them portable you usually sacrifice on one of the main components which is the motor. This is not the case in the Super Star It has a single 1000watt motor so you get enough power for lymphatic drainage as well as training the body but the handle folds in half and it can be stored in a closet or under the bed or brought on the road if you need to travel with it.
Any portable machine you never get quite the power you would in a larger heavy machine. However, Forever Fit Super Star does an incredible job in spite of being a protable machine.

This is a great spiral motion machine that comes out of Canada. It has two commerial grade motors and is very well built. The htz range will range between 5 and 50 hts with an amplitude up up to 10 mm so you get a nice range and the platform size is ideal for most people. The weight capacity of this machine is 440 lbs. It also comes with straps that attach to the platform so you can get an upper body workout as well while on the machine.
This unit will also with a DVD to show you what exercises to do when starting out. And yes, it is always nice to take the guess work out of using one of these machines. This is a more powerful unit then others you will see that are similar as it has a total of 1500 watts broken down into 2 motors one 1000 watt DC motor for the main oscillation motion and one 500 watt motor for the pivotal motion.
